If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be processed.

Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. For products without damage or defects, returns and refunds are generally not accepted; eligible exchange requests may be made within 7 days of delivery.
